 Cogent C30™ is based on a 200A pore size and is available in 5 and 3 micron silica particles that is bonded with a distribution of long chain hydrocarbons that have an average length of C-30.
These columns have been found to successfully separate many isomers in the carotenoid family of long chain molecules. It has also found application for other large molecules such as proteins and peptides. The material has good stability over a wide pH range and is a great equivalent to the YMC C30 and is interchangeable with it for many applications.
