Discussion of the Chromatogram:
These very polar compounds are very difficult to hold up in reverse phase on traditional C18 HPLC Columns. The Cogent Bidentate C18™ is able to retain and separate these compounds isocratically in 100% Aqueous condition without the loss of retention time, efficiency or peak shape. In this experiment this column is run for 3 hours with exposure to Aqueous conditions with no change in the results.
