HSQ Kit for HPLC Qualification Contents of HSQ Kit™

The MicroSolv HSQ Kit™ is equipped with following items for a complete performance qualification or performance checks of any HPLC System.

All HSQ Solutions are NIST Traceable and are Supplied with Complete and Full Certificates of Analysis.

HSQ HPLC Test Column selected specifically for Performance Testing, C8 Reverse Phase. Certificated and validated.

Wavelength Calibration Solution, 30ml, Holmium Oxide, 4% in 10% Perchloric Acid.

Linearity Solutions, 5 bottles of different concentrations of Caffeine dissolved in 90:10 0.1% Acetic Acid: Acetonitrile. 30ml in each bottle.

Linearity Solution L3, 1 bottle of Caffeine dissolved in 90:10 0.1% Acetic Acid:Acetonitrile. 50ml bottle which is also used as a reference solution. Uracil is added only to L3 as a marker for pump flow stability.

HSQ Resolution Test Mixture, a proprietary blend of standards including caffeine as peak #2.

Gradient Visualization Solution, 1.0 ml/mL Uracil in 10% Acetonitrile/water with 0.1% Acetic Acid.

Excel Template that can be used to compile, calculate or graph the actual testing results.

Tested Protocols for your use to completely comply with performance qualification requirements. Can be used entirely or can be adapted to your current SOP’s.
