From 50mm to 250mm to Indefinite Length
Cogent™ HPLC Columns are offered in wide variety of configurations. Pictured below are the Super-Link
System™ Columns ranging from 50mm to 250mm. The internal bore or diameter range from 2.1mm to 4.6mm. Also
available are modular columns (end fittings that are threaded for safety unlike compression fittings) in 7.8mm and
21.2mm internal diameters. Prep columns will be packed on individual request.

HPLC Columns
Indefinite and Variable Column Length
Using the new and improved Super-Link System™ Column Coupler, Cogent HPLC Columns can be put together in series
with hand tightened pressure – no wrenches needed. No dead volume or Extra Column volume is added with this
wonderful design for minimal band broadening. This means that you can add 50mm columns to 250mm columns for a total
of 300mm. The column length will only be limited to your imagination and system pressure. This is an excellent way
to gain resolution and increase your plate count.
Pictured here are two 75mm Cogent Super-Link System HPLC Columns with a Column Coupler to make the equivalent of one
150mm column. Columns of different phases can be joined together for MultiMode™ columns for powerful separation
capabilities.
For Scaling Up
Larger diameter columns pictured below can be used as Semi-Prep columns but are also highly recommended as excellent
analytical columns. When very high alpha values are desired these columns will do it for you.
