       Anyone Can Use It!

Frit Replacement Instructions for the Sure-Fit™ HPLC Column Connectors
  1. Change ferrule after approximately every 50 insertions or when excessive ferrule wear is detected.
  2. To change ferrule, grasp ferrule in the area of the groove with a pair of wire cutters using minimal pressure and gently pull ferrule from the threaded stem, wiggling the ferrule if necessary.
  3. Insert a new ferrule into the threaded stem and screw Sure-Fit into a port to seat the ferrule into the threaded stem.
The Sure-Fit™ HPLC Column Connectors are designed to provide universal connection to any manufacturer’s 1/16th 10-32 port.
