Using 100% Aqueous on Cogent UDC-Cholesterol with TYPE-C Silica Page 28 Shown in this slide is a selection of high polar acids and bases analyzed with a 100% aqueous buffer on Cogent UDC-Cholesterol. Whilst the resolution is not baseline, it was consistent from the first injection after duplicates were achieved after equilibration to over 3 hours later.
By comparison, other traditional C18 type A or B silica columns could show retention
time reduction and band broadening within 30 to 60 minutes.
