Peptide Analysis on Cogent UDC-Cholesterol™ Medium Sized Peptides Centered on Histidine – Page 33 Shown are two different elution systems, 30 % aqueous / 70 % Methanol and 10% aqueous / 90 % Methanol for the same medium sized peptide which consisted of 9 amino acid residues centered on Histidine. This is an early method based on Methanol rather than Acetonitrile, but it can be seen that with Methanol an aqueous reverse phase response is noted. |
