Standard 4 Channel In Line Degasser
Basic Information - Model TG-14

FEED BACK. The Standard 4 Channel In Line Degasser features a real-time LCD display that shows the vacuum levels in three different measurement systems (Torr, mbar, Pa). This gives you the feedback you need to make sure that the mobile phase you are producing, is accurate as well as precise.

PRODUCE THE BEST MOBILE PHASE. Consistently. The built in microprocessor of the unit communicates with the unit’s vacuum pump and maintains the vacuum level within a 2 Torr range. This precision is one of the many reasons that in line degassers produce the very best mobile phases. An internal sensor immediately alerts the user to malfunctions that result in the unlikely event of a degassing failure and poorly made mobile phase which can cause bad HPLC results.

SAFETY & COMFORT. A vacuum level sensor recognizes leaks immediately and shuts down the vacuum pump automatically. A durable, high-performance DC brushless motor eliminates potential fire hazards and greatly reduces pump noise.

EASY TO MAINTAIN. A patented self-cleaning system removes corrosive gasses, guaranteeing a longer life for the vacuum pump.

RELIABILITY. In addition, the service life of the vacuum pump is extended by a patented self-cleaning mechanism, and condensation inside the vacuum chambers is prevented by automatic ventilation.

STATE OF THE ART - Lowest Dead Volume. These new In Line Degassing units are equipped with Polymer V, the most advanced degassing membrane available today. In addition to its superior degassing performance, the use of the new membrane material permits the reduction of the internal volume to 0.5 ml which saves both time to set up the mobile phase and the amount of solvent used in the system.
