Discussion of ElectroChromatogram:
All of these compounds can exist together in the same samples and are very important physiologically. They can be easily resolved using the CelerityCE™ Cholesterol Bonded Capillary. Note the highly symmetric peak shape. The high speed and resolution of this separation cannot be achieved by HPLC.
