Discussion of ElectroChromatogram:
Tryptamine and Serotonin exist together in real samples and are very important physiologically. The
differences in the structure and charge to size ratio is very small; HPLC or CZE analysis is difficult.
Relatively quickly, these compounds can be resolved with high symmetry and high efficiency using OT-CEC.
The MicroSolvCEC C18 column allows good separation at pH 4.41 while the MicroSolvCEC Diol column allows
separation at low pH(2.1).
