Requirements and Discounts for International Resellers
- Resale Policy:
Resellers may not resell the product to any other distributor, reseller, dealer or agent without express written consent of
MTC. Resellers therefore agrees that it will not sell MTC products to, with the intent of, or develop any business
relationship with respect to MTC products with anyone other than that of distributor-end user.
It is strictly forbidden and will immediately void the Reseller status if any Reseller repackages or re labels any MTC
product. It is further forbidden under the terms of this agreement to alter the MTC products in anyway for sale.
- Area of Coverage:
International Reseller: There will not be a limit to the number of International Resellers that are added to the
program for any specific area. The number of Resellers in any geographic area is determined by the success of the current
Resellers and is soley the prerogative of MicroSolv management. If any International Reseller becomes a dealer for a given
geographic region, there will be no other Resellers added to that area and all current resellers will purchase from the
dealer in their respective region.
- Drop Shipments:
MicroSolv will not make drop shipments to international accounts.
- Sales Commitment:
International Reseller must commit to annual sales of $3,000.00.
- Payment Terms:
Payments to MicroSolv must be made at time of order placement with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American
Express).

- Shipping:
We gladly ship via UPS, Fed Ex or Airborne against you account to save you money. Shipping via other carriers may incur
an additional $35.00 fee for processing.
- Handling Charges:
Orders that total under $500.00:
- $35.00 Handling Charge for all non-credit card orders – wire transfers landed for total amount due.
- No handling charge for credit card orders or for payments made with checks drawn on US banks.
Orders that total over $500.00:
- $35.00 Handling Charge for non-credit card orders – wire transfers landed for total amount due, except acceptable
checks.
- Credit card orders will be charged 3% of the total order (excluding freight).
- No handling charge for payments made with checks drawn on US banks for total amount due.
REVIEWS:
Each year, sales goals, inventory levels and levels of commitment will be reviewed by MTC and Reseller or Dealer for renewal
of status with MicroSolv as a reseller. There is no guarantee that any company will be returned to the same level of
commitment year after year.
