    CelerityCE

Special Bonding Technology
CelerityCE™ capillaries are manufactured using a unique bonding technology that produces extremely stable Si-C bonds and has a 1,000 fold increase in the surface area of the capillary wall. This feature of CelerityCE™ increases the chromatographic interactions of the capillary with your proteins and peptides during CZE. CelerityCE™ provide very reproducible separations of your bio-molecules.

Positively Charged Below pH4

Reduced Silanol Sites for increased precison
The reduction and modification of the Silanol sites that occurs during the bonding process makes CelerityCE™ a great choice for CZE at neutral pH. On other capillaries, normally active silanols will bond irreversibly with proteins making the capillary less than reproducible. With CelerityCE™, the lack of silanol sites produces better electrophoresis. Due to our unique surface chemistry, CelerityCE™ capillaries are positively charged below pH 4 and provide a reverse direction EOF in normal polarity.

Hydrophilic or Hydrophobic Interaction in CE
CelerityCE™ is available with C18, Diol or Cholesterol bonded to the walls. With reduced EOF and high organic composition in your buffer, true electro-chromatography will take place. This is excellent for proteins where more selectivity is desired than just the mobility differences of your sample. Hydrophobic or Hydrophilic interaction is available in CZE now while using a standard CE instrument. No special equipment is needed.
