These injector sample loops are made with 1/16th inch OD, Ultra-T™, PEEK tubing for unsurpassed injection reproducibility and accuracy.

0.06 mm (+/- 0.025 mm) ID tubing is supplied with 2 high pressure, PEEK, three-piece, small hex head nuts with 1/32 inch threads and 2 special, single cone ferrules per nut to avoid twisting and turning of the sample loop. At the same time, the ferrules grip the tubing on two different places which increases the pressure stability of the connection. These fit the injectors and provide zero dead volume connections.

A label with the sample loop volume is attached. Use these sample loops with VICI ® or Valco® brand GC or HPLC injector valves.
