Crimp‑top vials in this category are manufactured from Type I, first hydrolytic N51A borosilicate glass and feature a serum finish compatible with aluminum crimp caps. When properly applied, crimp caps provide consistent compression of the septum against the vial opening, helping to minimize evaporation and preserve sample integrity over time.
