Hyper Similars C18™ is a traditional reversed-phase HPLC stationary phase designed as a high-quality alternative to established C18 methods. Part of the Cogent™ Similars product line, it is manufactured on high-purity Type-B spherical silica with a fully endcapped octadecyl (C18) bonded phase. The silica surface characteristics closely resemble those of legacy Hypersil® and Spherisorb® columns, making it an excellent choice for USP L1 methods, method transfer projects, and replacement of discontinued C18 columns. This stationary phase provides the strong hydrophobic retention and reproducible selectivity expected from a conventional C18 chemistry.
