68512-P30-100 is packed with 5 µm RP C12™ particles featuring a 100 Å pore size in a 30 mm ID x 100 mm preparative format. The RP C12™ phase typically provides less retention than C18 columns but greater retention than C8 columns for many hydrophobic compounds, offering unique selectivity that can improve preparative separations.
