This Cogent NP Amino™ Wide Pore Stationary Phase has been a value and used by HPLC laboratories for many years. Not end capped, it is manufactured using a 3 carbon Ligand (propyl) with a terminal amino group, to the highest purity silica available. This makes this column ideal for preparative HPLC.
With a 5 µm Particle and 300A Pore Size, this column performs well for polar molecules with a negative charge such as complex Sugars and larger compounds with Carboxylic Acid Groups using Normal Phase or HILIC modes. These columns are packed and shipped in Normal Phase Solvents.
