Manufactured using the highest purity silica available bonded with a three-carbon propyl ligand containing a terminal amino functional group, this stationary phase provides unique selectivity for negatively charged and highly polar analytes. NP Amino™ Wide Pore is particularly useful for purification of larger sugars, complex carbohydrates, and compounds containing carboxylic acid functionalities.

68540-P21-50-3M is packed with 5 µm NP Amino™ Wide Pore particles in a 21.2 mm ID x 50 mm preparative format with a 300Å pore size. The 5 µm particle size provides excellent chromatographic efficiency, while the 300Å pore structure improves analyte accessibility for larger molecules. The large 21.2 mm internal diameter offers substantial loading capacity, while the short 50 mm length is ideal for rapid purification, method development, and high-throughput preparative workflows.
