Cogent NP Silica™ Wide Pore HPLC Columns are designed for the separation of large hydrophilic and polar compounds using both HILIC and Normal Phase chromatography. Manufactured from ultra-high purity, low metal content 300Å silica that is completely unmodified, this stationary phase provides the native silica selectivity needed for challenging separations involving proteins, peptides, biomolecules, and other high molecular weight analytes. The wide pore structure improves analyte access to the silica surface, making it particularly effective for large-molecule method development.

82061-10P-4-3M is packed with 10 µm NP Silica™ Wide Pore particles in a 4.0 mm ID x 100 mm analytical format. The larger 10 µm particle size generates substantially lower backpressure than smaller particle columns, allowing operation at higher flow rates while maintaining reliable chromatographic performance. The 100 mm length offers an excellent balance of retention, resolution, and analysis time, making it well suited for both routine analysis and method development involving larger compounds.
