Manufactured from ultra-high purity, low-metal-content 100 Å silica, this stationary phase is completely unmodified, providing the selectivity associated with USP L3 classified columns. NP Silica™ columns are widely used in established USP methods and new method development where traditional silica selectivity is required.
82561-25P is packed with 5 µm NP Silica™ particles in a 4.6 mm ID x 250 mm format. The 5 µm particle size provides excellent chromatographic performance while maintaining lower operating backpressures compared to smaller particles. The 250 mm column length provides maximum resolution and peak capacity, making it ideal for challenging separations and complex sample matrices.
The 4.6 mm ID x 250 mm format is well suited for HILIC applications, normal-phase chromatography, pharmaceutical analysis, quality control testing, and advanced method development.
