82561-P30-PG1-3 is packed with 5 µm NP Silica™ Wide Pore stationary phase manufactured from ultra-high purity, low-metal-content 300 Å silica. This unmodified silica stationary phase provides traditional USP L3 selectivity while the wide pore structure improves accessibility for proteins, peptides, and other large biomolecules. Mounted in a stainless steel cartridge with stainless steel frits, it is designed to trap contaminants before they reach the preparative column.
The 30 mm ID x 10 mm format is specifically designed for use with compatible 30 mm ID preparative column systems operating in HILIC and normal-phase modes. Routine guard cartridge replacement helps maintain preparative column efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend column service life.
