82561-P50-250 is packed with 5 µm NP Silica™ particles in a 50 mm ID x 250 mm process-scale format. The 5 µm particle size supports high process flow rates while producing lower backpressure than smaller particle columns. The extended column length provides maximum resolution and purification efficiency, while the large internal diameter delivers extremely high sample loading capacity for demanding production-scale and process chromatography applications.
