Soft polyethylene caps are more pliable than other Snap Caps and are easier to place on the vial. Popular choice when using a large number of caps at one time. These caps may not seal as well as other Snap Caps and should be used with sample solvents with low volatility.
Pre-Slit Septa are normally recommended for Waters Alliance and Acquity instruments.
X Shape Pre-Slit provides a greater target area for needles and are easier to penetrate but do not reseal as well as single slit septa.
