9502S‑03N inserts are manufactured from first hydrolytic, Class A, Type 33 borosilicate glass and feature a self‑aligning design that removes the need for attached springs. The conical tip geometry concentrates the sample at the bottom for efficient recovery and reproducible injections. These inserts provide a 300 µL total fill volume with approximately 200 µL usable volume and a residual volume near 2 µL with most autosamplers. The wider conical bottom also helps minimize bubble formation during filling, improving injection consistency.
