9504S‑04N inserts are manufactured from first hydrolytic, Class A, Type 33 borosilicate glass and are designed specifically for use in 4 mL autosampler vials. The conical tip geometry concentrates sample at the bottom of the insert to improve recovery and ensure dependable needle access during injection.
These inserts provide a 300 µL total fill volume with approximately 200 µL usable volume and a residual volume near 3 µL with most autosamplers. This configuration offers an ideal balance between sample conservation and ease of handling in larger vial formats.
