The 9532C‑0DCV snap‑top autosampler vial is a 300 µL clear glass vial with a clear fused insert designed for chromatographic applications requiring very small sample volumes, reduced surface activity, and reliable autosampler performance. Both the vial and insert are manufactured from first hydrolytic, Class A, Type‑33 borosilicate glass and feature deactivated (silanized) surfaces to minimize interaction between analytes and glass.
The write‑on patch is ceramic and resists smearing or scratching, even when exposed to common laboratory solvents. Integrated fill lines support accurate visual filling and sample preparation.
Insert bottom depth, height, and alignment are designed and QC controlled to maximize sample recovery while protecting autosampler needles. Performance compares favorably to QSerts™‑type vial systems, offering comparable recovery and consistency at a lower cost.
The AQ™ Brand Fused Insert™ design positions the insert slightly above the top lip of the vial, allowing for a near‑perfect seal with the cap septum. Unlike bottom‑fixed inserts, this design reduces the risk of cracking at the insert junction and helps prevent leakage that may occur with competitive fused‑insert designs.
