The 9532S‑TS‑C MICROSOLV™ Hybrid Autosampler Vial is a custom‑ordered hybrid vial designed for laboratories that require low‑volume accuracy, insert stability, and enhanced safety compared to traditional all‑glass designs. This vial combines the impact resistance of TPX (polymethylpentene) plastic with the chemical inertness of pharmaceutical‑grade borosilicate glass.
Each vial incorporates a first hydrolytic, Type N51A clear borosilicate glass insert with a conical bottom, permanently embedded into the plastic body. The insert provides a 200 µL total fill volume and is engineered so that it cannot move or dislodge during use. Importantly, the design prevents leakage from the bottom of the vial, even if an autosampler needle contacts the insert.
This product is frequently selected as a custom alternative to TopSert®, GlassPlastic™, and Glastic™‑style hybrid vials, particularly when consistent insert alignment and leak prevention are critical.
