49811-01 consists of an FEP inner liner fused to a PVDF outer tubing layer, supplied as a continuous 1-meter length with a 1.65 mm internal diameter and 1/8 inch outer diameter. The FEP inner surface provides excellent chemical resistance and high purity fluid contact, while the PVDF outer layer provides an additional barrier against oxygen ingress and solvent outgassing. This construction makes the tubing particularly suitable for transporting degassed mobile phases and other oxygen-sensitive laboratory solutions.

To maintain a gas-tight connection at tubing interfaces, Kel-F inserts are used inside the FEP tubing bore. When combined with compatible polypropylene ferrules and flange-free low-pressure nuts, the system forms a reliable, leak-free, gas-tight fluid path for laboratory and chromatography applications.
