The 48220-06-002 Mobile Phase Filters are high-capacity 316L stainless steel solvent inlet filters designed for efficient particulate removal and reliable solvent flow in HPLC systems. Engineered for high throughput and durability, they help protect pumps, columns, and instrumentation from contamination.
The 10 µm pore size removes larger undissolved particles while generating lower backpressure than finer filters (2 µm or 5 µm), improving solvent uptake and vacuum efficiency.
Each filter is passivated with a 30% nitric acid treatment, enhancing corrosion resistance and ensuring long-term compatibility with a wide range of mobile phases.
The integrated all‑PEEK tripod connector (3-step molded design) allows direct tubing connection without ferrules or nuts, supporting:
