All Autosampler vials sold by MICROSOLV will fit commercially available modern HPLC, UHPLC
and LCMS autosamplers.
During the vial manufacturing processes, opto-electronic devices in the vial converting machines check within fractions of a second to ensure the processed vials meet the physical specifications (fit and form, dimension, etc.). In the case of a mismatch, the vial is blown out into the trash.
This 100 percent automatic control in-process controls as well as a final inspection according to DIN / ISO standards, which further ensures functionality and a perfect fit in the instrument. Worry free that the vials will cause missed injections or jam the autosamplers.
