Sample Preparation for Best Results

For optimal performance, dissolve your samples in a solvent that closely matches your isocratic eluent or the starting composition of your gradient. This minimizes solvent effects and ensures consistent retention.

If that’s not possible, gradually increase the proportion of the solvent in which your analyte is most soluble within the mobile phase. This approach helps maintain peak shape and reproducibility.
