When using an analytical Cogent TYPE-C™ column it is recommended to inject 1uL to 10uL of the sample which is prepared either in a diluent that matches, as closely as possible, the starting mobile phase composition of a gradient method or the method's isocratic mobile phase.
Larger volume injections that are performed on the columns may be overloading the columns.
