The HSQ and the PQ Kit's™ instructions account for this by recommending adjustments to the mobile phase to meet system suitability requirements. For example, our Certificate of Analysis (CoA) specifies adjusting the mobile phase to achieve a retention time within a 4–5 minute window.
Please note that the CoA confirms the column met specifications at the time of testing and shipment from our facility.
