NMR structure confirmation data for Cogent UDC-cholesterol phases - Tech Information

The following solid state CP-MAS 13C NMR spectrum was recorded for a Cogent UDC-Cholesterol™ stationary phase in order to elucidate the structure. The assignments for the different carbon groups are shown below. The spectrum highlights the unique bonding of these phases, which is not possible with conventional silica based stationary phases.
