Alternate L1 Column used for a USP Assay
This application note illustrates the USP method for Adenosine using the Cogent RP Similars C18 ODS column. The chromatograms demonstrate that the column meets the USP system suitability requirements, including tailing factor, resolution, and relative standard deviation. This makes it an excellent alternative for a USP Adenosine assay.
