A Reliable Method for Detection of an Oxonium Salt

This Reproducible Method has been developed for Analysis of p-Toluenesulfonic Acid Monohydrate. The data below, (overlay of 5 chromatograms ) illustrates how the compound can be adequately Retained and detected using a simple Mobile Phase. RSD values ***    Mass Spec friendly Mobile Phase with Formic Acid as an additive.
