MICROSOLV offers both standard and custom lengths for ARE–Applied Research™ brand polymeric tubing (including PEEK and Teflon‑like materials) as well as stainless‑steel tubing.
When customers require tubing cut to non‑standard lengths, a minimal cutting charge may apply depending on the requested size.
When Cutting Fees Apply
Custom Tubing Lengths Under 3 Meters
- A small cutting fee is applied for any custom length less than 3 meters.
- Charge amount: $2.77 per cut.
This fee covers labor, precision cutting, and handling required to produce non‑standard tubing lengths.
When Cutting Fees Do NOT Apply
No Cutting Charge For
- Standard lengths: 1 m, 3 m, 5 m, 10 m, 25 m
- Any custom tubing length that is 3 meters or longer
These options are provided without additional cutting cost.

All custom cut tubing maintains the same manufacturing quality and tolerances as standard-length products.
