Machining the column body tubes to create wrenching flats may weaken the PEEK tubes and reduce the pressure rating by approximately 100 bar. Therefore for maximum column efficiency and pressure ratings, we do not include wrenching flats on our All-PEEK™ HPLC column hardware.
