Inserts, Low Volume for Vials, Glass. Clear, 300ul fill volume with a wider, conical point and 6x29mm outer dimensions with plastic spring attached. For use in 2ml autosampler vials. AQ Brand. 100/PK.

Additional Info:

Improve reliability and reduce bubble formation in low‑volume workflows with a wider‑tip insert design.

9502S‑02CP inserts are manufactured from first hydrolytic, Class A, Type 33 borosilicate glass and feature a thicker wall construction combined with a wider conical tip. This design helps minimize bubble formation at the insert tip, improving injection consistency and reducing variability that can occur with certain sample types.

The wider precision cone concentrates the sample while maintaining easy needle access and dependable recovery. Residual volume is approximately 2.5 µL with most autosamplers. Polypropylene springs keep the insert centered within the vial, reducing the risk of needle misalignment and insert breakage during operation.

Manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility, these inserts provide consistent quality and performance batch‑to‑batch. This design offers a strong balance of performance and value, making it one of the most widely used and economical options for routine applications.
