A proprietary venting design enables pressure equalization during injection, while the internal sealing cone helps reduce solvent evaporation. Manufactured from LC‑MS‑compatible ultra‑pure polyethylene, these caps deliver low background interference and consistent performance comparable to Pico Pure™‑style caps.
These natural‑color, knurled caps fit 9‑425 thread, 12 × 32 mm autosampler vials and are not recommended for fused insert vials, as the sealing cone is not insert‑compatible.
Proprietary design allows for venting during injection. Internal sealing cone prevents evaporation. These caps are not recommended for Fused Insert Vials as the sealing cone does not fit into the inserts.
