The 9502S‑09‑PE‑K AQ™ Screw Caps are selected for LC‑MS workflows where septa resealing is not required after injection. These solid screw caps feature a thinned penetration point that allows direct autosampler needle entry without the use of separate septa components.
A proprietary venting design helps equalize pressure during injection while the internal sealing cone reduces solvent evaporation and helps maintain sample integrity. Manufactured from LC‑MS compatible ultra‑pure polyethylene, these caps are designed for low background interference and performance comparable to Pico Pure™ style caps.
These natural color knurled polyethylene caps are designed for use with 9‑425 thread, 12 × 32 mm autosampler vials. The knurled exterior improves grip during cap application and removal.
