🔄 Y ou can use the 150 mm HPLC column with the HSQ kit solutions — with a few simple adjustments.
If you're required to use the older 150mm PQ™ column instead of the standard 75mm HSQ™ column, the HSQ Kit can still be used effectively by modifying a few parameters in the included Excel spreadsheet.

To ensure accurate results with the longer column, update the following settings: These changes compensate for the longer column length and lower flow rate, ensuring your qualification results remain valid and reliable.

⚠️ Important Notes:
- All other test parameters and results remain unchanged between the HSQ and PQ kits.
