Often, these formulations have multiple active ingredients present, therefore HPLC is an appropriate technique in obtaining the necessary specificity for a Quantitative Assay.

This Method can retain the Hormones by conventional Reversed Phase HPLC and can also differentiate among the compounds by shape.
