Cleaning the PQ or HSQ Kit HPLC Column - Tech Information

🧪 Routine Use:
- Before starting your qualification sequence, a 10–15 minute equilibration is typically sufficient.
- No additional cleaning is usually necessary if the column is used as directed.
🧼 If Cleaning Is Ever Required:
- Flush the column with a 50:50 mixture of acetonitrile and water for 15–30 minutes.
- This gentle rinse is effective for removing any incidental buildup without compromising column integrity.
NOTE:
- Maintaining the column in clean condition ensures consistent and reliable qualification results. Do not use these columns for any other purpose.
- The HPLC columns included in the Chemical Solutions™ PQ or HSQ Qualification Kits are intended exclusively for instrument performance qualification testing, not routine sample analysis. As such, it should remain uncontaminated under normal use.
