For Established Customers (with Approved Accounts):
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days (payment due 30 days from the invoice date)
- Shipping Terms: FOB (Free On Board) shipping point or DAP (Delivered at Place), depending on the product or the situation. Shipments are normally made from Leland, NC, 28451 USA.
For New Customers:
- North America: Payment in advance or by major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) Never email your credit card credentials to us for your security. Call us with your information or place your order on our secure e-commerce platform on this website.
- International: Payment in advance is required. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, local taxes, or customs fees in their country.
