🛠️ Current Quality Practices
Even without formal accreditation at this time, we maintain a robust quality management system, which includes:
- Documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes
- A dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) program
- Full internal documentation and training protocols for all personnel
- An in-house analytical and quality control laboratory to ensure product consistency and performance
🚀 ISO Certification in Progress
As of June 2024, we have officially begun the ISO 9001:2015 certification process. We are working closely with consultants from NC State University IES, to align our systems with ISO standards and ensure a successful implementation.
This certification will further formalize our commitment to continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and process transparency.
