Our Most Popular column | Excellent for extremely polar samples | Hydrophobic surface in ANP / HILIC Methods.

These useful HPLC columns have a silica hydride surface similar to other TYPE-C™ phases with an added special uniqueness. They have a very small amount of carbon on the surface that adjusts the column hydrophobicity to an important level.

Our best-selling column, it is the popular choice of scientists working in LC-MS, metabolomics, bioanalytical, amino acids, organic acids, carbohydrates and very polar small molecules. Some non-polar and polar peptides can also be separated in the same run.

Precise methods are easily developed even with complex sample matrices including biological fluids such as plasma, urine, saliva and other bio matrices.

NOTE: Our technical support team strongly recommends that the Cogent Column Filter, included with each column, be used with all HPLC columns whenever possible.
