Designed for any HPLC column with a 10-32 mm port to connect HPLC columns to other HPLC columns including guard columns. Columns can be easily placed into series for two dimensional HPLC. Each side of these PEEK couplers adjusts and bottoms out in the port to ensure minimal dead volume.

These color-coded column couplers are also known as column connector. The connecting tubing is the ARE brand of Ultra-T that has very tight tolerance for high internal concentricity which is needed for optimal HPLC flow. The tubing can be moved side to side in the coupler which allows for column pilot depth adjustment making it almost universal.
