What is the Maximum Flow Fate Specifications for Sparging Stones- FAQ

At this time, we do not provide maximum flow rate specifications for our sparging stones. This is primarily due to the variability introduced by different liquid compositions and viscosities, which can significantly affect flow performance. As a result, we do not maintain comparative data across fluid types.
 
However, we can confirm that all sparging stone models are rated for a maximum operating pressure of 1,000 bar under standard conditions.
 
Please note that flow rate is influenced by several factors, including:
  • Viscosity of the solvent: Higher viscosity typically results in lower flow rates.
  • Solvent bottle placement: Positioning the bottle above, at the same level, or below the pump can impact flow dynamics.
  • Degassing status: Poorly degassed solvents may lead to bubble formation in the solvent line post-filtration.
