The spreadsheet is locked against changes so that only end-user data cells may have values entered.

In order to alter locked cells, the password will be required. If you need to make such changes, the password can be provided. However, at this point, the spreadsheet would no longer be considered validated. 

If you are not strict GMP, please inquire and the password will be given to you. It is also important to note that you will invalidate the warranty if you edit the spreadsheet as well.
