Standard silcone pre-slit sealing mat versus solvent resistant mat - INTERNAL ONLY
Silicone rubber mats are only suitable with pure aqueous and buffer solutions.
The solvent resistant mat should be used with Methanol, Acetonitrile and water/buffers. These should not be used with non-polar solvents or aggressive acid or base.
